By placing an order through our website, email, or any other specified channels, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the creation of your custom cardigan or blanket.1.2. Orders are subject to acceptance by SailorGoon Customs. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing or product information, or violation of our terms of service.1.3. Once an order is accepted, you will receive confirmation via email or other specified communication channels. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.2. Customization2.1. Our custom cardigan and blanket crochet services allow for personalized designs tailored to your preferences. You are responsible for providing clear instructions, measurements, and any specific design requests at the time of ordering.2.2. I will make every effort to accurately replicate your desired design; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.3. Pricing and Payment3.1. All prices for our custom cardigans and blankets are listed in usd and are subject to change without notice.3.2. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I accept payment via stripe which offers numerous options to pay including but not limited to card, bank account, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, etc.3.3 Should you find yourself unable to proceed with an offer prior to payment, I encourage open communication and understanding. As long as you inform me of your circumstances and provide a valid reason for withdrawing your interest, your participation will not lead to any repercussions. However, failure to engage in communication and unexpectedly ceasing contact will result in a restriction from future purchases.4. Shipping and Delivery4.1. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. I will provide estimated delivery times upon confirmation of your order. Please be mindful that these creations are made by hand so it will take longer to receive them by mail.4.2. SailorGoon Customs is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during shipping. However, I will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.5. Returns and Refunds5.1. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. I cannot accept returns or offer refunds.5.2. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so that I can work with you to resolve the issue.6.
